These terms explain the general conditions that apply when you enquire about or book a tour, activity, transfer or attraction through Star Dunes Tourism.
A booking is considered confirmed when the required guest details are received and Star Dunes Tourism or the relevant service supplier confirms availability. Sending an enquiry alone does not guarantee availability.
Prices may vary by date, pickup area, vehicle type, group size, supplier availability and optional upgrades. If a page offers pay-on-arrival, the exact payment method and amount will be confirmed before the tour. Any taxes, card charges or optional extras will be communicated where applicable.
Pickup times may be given as a time window. Traffic, route planning, weather and operational conditions can affect exact arrival times. Guests are responsible for providing a reachable phone number and accurate pickup location and for being ready during the confirmed window.
Desert, marine, outdoor and sightseeing activities can be affected by weather, traffic, government instructions, venue closures or supplier operations. Where necessary, timings, routes, vehicles, entertainment or activity order may change while the team tries to preserve the main booked experience.
Some tours, attraction tickets, cruises, transfers or activities may be operated by third-party suppliers. Their operational rules, safety requirements and venue conditions may apply in addition to these terms.
Guests remain responsible for their own phones, cameras, bags and personal belongings. Where photography or media services are included or purchased, delivery details should be confirmed at booking. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should inform the relevant team before the activity.
Changes to date, guest count, pickup point or package type are subject to availability and may change the price. Contact us as early as possible if any booking detail changes.
Guests participate in activities subject to normal travel and activity risks. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Specific suppliers may have additional waivers or safety conditions for high-adrenaline activities.
Bookings are provided in the United Arab Emirates and are subject to applicable UAE laws and relevant local authority requirements.
